The hyperinflation in Germany was caused by the Weimar government deliberately sabotaging their own currency to try to weasel out of paying war reparations. Hitler came to power in the midst of the Great Depression and the austerity policies being implemented by Heinrich Brning. The inflation crisis had already been long dealt with by that point.
