Never been to one before. Unless we count a speech therapist to eliminate a stutter when I was a kid lol.

I looked the shrink up online outta curiosity she's around my age. Which is interesting because I always imagine therapists as being old.

Not sure what to expect. I'm an emotional guy but expressing those emotions and sharing with people I don't really know is gonna be a new experience to me lol

You might not share much the first time it's hard to know what to say when they're basically a stranger. Don't let that get you down though and keep at it.
