Iamdepressed 12/15/22 3:27:56 PM #1:	I always ruminate on the "stupid things" I may have or not have said. It's come to the point where I don't think I can socialize with people in person without triggering my anxiety. I hate this feeling so much. Do you guys think my issue can be resolved by simply not caring about what other people think? But wouldn't that in return make me into some emotionless robot? I can't seem to find a middle ground.
