Yeah, I saw it pop up in the coming soon section earlier this week. Seems like they'd have promoted it more. Netflix gives more advertising to their awful movies starring big celebs

and yeah, this is pretty much what i was expecting. a cheesy hero movie with big bad Dwayne Johnson looking mean and tough beating up bad guys... lol

His costume is too low cut. He looked stupid with so much of his thick-ass neck showing and ridiculous traps bulging out.

I felt he was miscast too honestly. He works as a generic action star but something felt weird about seeing him as a superhero.
