When the new neighbour arrives you are shocked to discover it is a gigantic fire demon, carrying fireproof things from the removal truck into the home by himself with immense power. Turns out he's actually an ancient fire demon that predates the dinosaurs. He just had a nasty breakup with his wife (she took the kids) and so he wanted a fresh new start in a brand new civilization that he's heard so much about.
