My headset sometimes will have sound lag, but usually, removing the device and adding it back will fix it for a good while. I have a driver issue with my intel wireless driver, but no matter what I do, I can't fix it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, installing from intel, and all that, but the code 31 issue is there no matter what I do. Honestly, I never had much knowledge on the tech-side of things, so I don't even know how important this part is to my headset.

Lately, when I try to remove my headset when there's sound lag, it won't let me, the remove always fails. I've tried multiple different things that have been recommended, but none of them work. The only other way to sync my audio with the video now is by refreshing every single time I click on a new video. The other bad part is that when I pause the video, that will also trigger the desync, so I have to refresh the video again.
