She accidentally talked while the process was going on and some got on her upper teeth where it was not needed, should she still be okay, she is worried atm. She can feel it on her upper teeth.

The filling? Itll eventually wear down, but if its easing up her bite the dentist can grind it down. The dentist I have makes you bite on some sort of dye paper so he sees where to grind it. The last time I had one, he repeated it like 3 times to make sure the bite was as normal as possible.

I also never get the chance to mess it up. I mean as soon as the dentist put the filling in, the drying tool goes right on.

Why do some dentists like having you talk while they're operating on you? Either you're awkwardly saying unintelligible things while they have their hands in your mouth or they stop everything they're doing just to hear your response. I legit had a routine cleaning/checkup last two hours because of the latter.
