I haven't needed a cooling fan at all. Mine is in a well ventilated area though. While it still gets the vents encrusted in pet hair over time, the weird ugly design seems to make needed cleaning not quite as often.

I think Ill probably end up wall mounting it behind my tv, thats where my ps4 sits now

No you dont need a cooling fan, but I would recommend a 2tb ssd.

Get extended warranty these things are cheaply made, mine is already making weird buzzing noises

That's the base to give it balance

an electrical engineer told me that external cooling fans outside of a chassis are useless, it needs to be in the system. Otherwise youre just cooling the case

youre better off just putting it in a well ventilated area and dusting it twice a year

if you want a new horde clearing game, check out Vermintide 2. it's melee focused, but it's a ton of fun. their new game, Darktide, has more of a focus on guns / ranged, but that's not out on consoles yet.

that was patched, you can insta start a single player game whenever
Playing with randos was slightly fun, they even balanced out the difficulties so you can truly just hop in and play whatever, whenever

A giant hassle. That's what it is lol. Love my ps5. But I take my system places and PS5 is the worst system by far for that. If you keep it one place, it'll only he a very small annoyance tho. I don't screw it in, so mine just slides off when trying to plug it in lol

I like that a lot of my ps4 games are upgradable, if not just backwards compatible

Amazon has them available by invitation (physical edition btw) so i requested one in order to secure it.

just one question tho: will i actually be able to play any of the PS4 physical games on it? not just the ones that say "PS5 upgraded included"?

i ended up sellin my ps5 since i had a gaming pc and all the games are either available on ps4, or PC.

If you don't have a gaming PC tho then it's a great buy, i wish the controller lasted longer tho

they're still hard to get? multiple times i've looked online and been able to purchase it for retail. i bought mine december last year so don't need one. got mine after looking a week so didn't think they'd be too hard to find anymore.

if you already had a ps4 hopefully you had ps+ and was adding all the monthly games to your library. if so you'll have a decent collection to play for a bit.

i been meaning to go back to miles morales. i started it right when i got my ps5 but only played like an hour and wasn't feeling it. but a few months before i did finally go through spider man on ps4 so was just kinda burnt out. i finally started up tomb raider from 2013 and not really sure what to play after that. i did just buy tiny tinas wonderlands on sale so i will play that for a shooter and online game with friends but been meaning to restart miles.
