I've been rolling 60 on Steam for 7 years, yet I'm only level 10.

I'm less than 10 because I got into GOG first and didn't really care about the Steam ecosystem. I got some points so on Steam so I feel like I should have jazz up my profile someday. I guess I just buy games on GOG usually unless they are exclusive to Steam.

I don't know what that means, so I'm pretty ambivalent.

I would like to ask them to explain themselves.
You can only be so expressive with these profiles, what's the point in being a Steam whale and dressing it up like that?
What image are they trying to project and has it bought them the satisfaction they hoped?

Hey, if they want to focus on leveling up, I'm not judging them.

But if all you're doing is buying and playing games, then yeah, your level won't be that high. A huge amount of the exp comes from crafting the badges from card sets. You don't even have to own a game to collect it's cards, just trade other players for them and then craft the badge.

I think to myself, "Y tho?"
And move on to my gane library and open my game.
