Last couple of days, Ive had sneezing that is extremely frequent (probably at least 30 in a single day), runny nose, watery eyes, dull headache, very itchy nostrils and two nosebleeds. Nosebleeds lasted about 2-4 seconds.

After my last nosebleed, I had a black mucus that had a tar like consistency. I was also spitting out blood that was from my nose. This cleared up after a minute or two.

I am not experiencing any coughing or sore throat symptoms. Also Im not a smoker.

Does this require medical emergency or should I wait it out a couple of more days?

Just put your symptoms into google and apparently you're dead.

That's odd TC.... I'm going to assume that's from either a head injury or inhailing, eating and / or drinking some sort of substance, possibly in food. Hopefully no one poisoned your food because some evil scumbags do that and it's easy to fall prey to it around this time of year because people are constantly gifting anonymous free food and drinks to others. You should probably go get your head, lungs and stomach checked because the repeated bleeding because if you don't have issues with high blood pressure already that is serious.
