Change brands if this one does nothing for you. Some work well for me, some do nothing. I swear Monster products make me more tired.

they just help me stay up longer but only if I slept well the night before.

In fact I'm nocturnal right now because I got some monster energy drinks for Xmas and been drinking them despite having enough sleep everyday lol.

Went from going to bed around midnight to going to bed at 10 to 11 am. Prob gonna go to bed in the afternoon today.

Try different energy drinks: different combinations of caffeine and sugars (or sugar free) might do you better then others.

Right now Monster Reserve does me good

I know a guy who nearly sent himself to the ER doing exactly this. He's seriously cut back since then. Which is for the best, aside from nearly grenading his heart all that caffeine made him obnoxious as hell.
