Uh, yes. Most Mexican restaurants are chains. Those chains are owned by white people. Hell, Taco Bell by itself probably compromises 90% of all Mexican restaurants. Like, we can deep dive this if you want. But only a small handful of independent Mexican restaurants are owned by Hispanic people. I mean, same thing with most Japanese steakhouses, they're not actually owned by Japanese people. Hell, you're lucky if you even get a Japanese chef in those places anymore. Last three times I went, it was all white chefs flipping shrimp in your mouth.
