As soon as it really starts getting going, its wrapping up. Not if you clean the entire map, and loot every loot. Takes me an hour for most missions and probably 2 for the biggest, not including the retries because I got spotted. Then you have 2 approaches. I did go for the Ghost/Clean Hands achievement though, so that includes a lot of save scumming.
