Gas is cheaper, it can go a lot higher than electric, and tbh more convenient. Your not waiting 10 minutes for a pot to boil. It's just something you need to be mindful of when you have it in your home. There are so many things you can't cook right and then there is uneven cooking. The newer electric stoves with a sensing technology are the worst.
