He was standing in a partially obscured spot, and doing piss poor hand gestures. A woman is confused by his shitty job and thinks he is waving her to go on through. He gets mad, and pretends like he was narrowly escaped from brush with death and stops her car. Woman is in tears and terrified. Cop is making threats to put her handcuffs and insulting her and screaming at her

More cops come, and they actually tell him to calm the fuck down. One of those cops files a report about this out of control guy, amd he ended up getting fired over this

If she had even hit him, which would have been unlikely , he would be at most, bruised. But probably not even that. But he tried to tell the woman to explain to his kids why they almost lost their insane father a week before Christmas

I had an officer get noticeably pissed at me when I couldn't understand his shitty signaling. I just kept driving, wasn't my problem

At least he wasn't knocking the side mirrors off like the cop in that other video.

I really don't understand why they don't carry some kind of handheld stop and go signs or something for cases like that. Would make things a lot easier than dancing around.

Just think, all this could have been avoided if she actually did just run him over.

That's something I don't think is particularly fair. I know all kinds of hand signals only due to the line of work I'm in. This lady obviously isn't familiar with whatever he was trying to convey.
