It has been getting a lot of slander these past few years but there's just nothing as refreshing as a nice tall ice cold glass of moo juice. It's filling, too.

But I'm the whitest guy I know so maybe that has something to do with my love for it?

I agree. I love me a tall glass of milk with ice. Almost everyday.

I used to eat whole milk yogurt, till I decided to cut way back on dairy.

I love mommy milkers. Is that kinda the same thing?

whole milk? refreshing? i don't think so. whole milk is too thick. it's almost like a milkshake to me. it feels like it leaves a film in my mouth after i drink it. skim milk is way more refreshing.

That's the sugar (the refreshing feeling), because whole milk has less sugar (10g) than skim milk (12g).

no, it's the consistency of it. skim milk is lighter and thinner. more similar to water, which is obviously very refreshing. and anyway that's not true about sugar, sugar isn't the only thing that gives you a refreshing feeling, and also i just checked the nutrition labels on the milks in my fridge and they are both 12g.

i can confirm. i was in a phase where i would buy "skim supreme" milk instead of 2%.
currently go through whole milk for cooking mostly.
