On a related note this happened yesterday. Me: *Chillin minding my own business* *Phone rings with a number I'm not familiar with* "[Robot] This is AT&T calling about 2 unpaid expenses on your account, press 1 to make a payment, press 2 for more information." Note: I did just transfer my phone from a shared account to an individual, change the plan, and change devices earlier this week which was the only reason I was kinda curious. Me: *Presses 2* *Phone rings once and then it's immediately answered* "This is ______ from AT&T" Me: "... Hi" "Hi how can I help you" Me: "...
