Complete stop always.

Though one time I got pulled over for running a stop sign that didn't exist. Cop looked at the spot where the stop sign should have been, realized it wasn't there then let me go lol

Ive seen traffic cases where, if you can prove you made a good enough attempt and observe, you dont have to come to a full stop.

If there are other cars at the intersection, then I come to a complete stop. If no one is around, just slow down enough to look each way and roll on through.

I've only been stopped once by not completely stopping at a stop sign. I lived in an apartment complex at the time and didn't realize I had not completely stopped at a 4 way before passing onto another street with no traffic and a cop comes out of nowhere to stop me and let me know how wrong I was. I was still in the apartment complex, there were no other cars, speed limit was like 5mph, and the cop was so proud of catching this criminal lol.

I do a full stop. There's been a couple occasions where a cop came from nowhere and pulled people over for California stops but luckily I had done the full stops.
