They made me wait an entire month for my package, after their tracking says it only takes a week to deliver, then when it finally gets to my area I get this notification https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/user_image/2/8/9/AAWiT3AAEGhZ.png

Called them up and they said I was supposed to pick it up at 6 in the morning, but they never let me know ahead of time that I was supposed to do that as the package was intended for home delivery, now they are sending it back across the country because I didnt pick it up in a 40 minute window.

What the fuck

There might be something more that they aren't telling you about

Yeah a 40 minute window is absolutely ridiculous. I get that logistics for deliveries is hard and complicated with many elements that can go horribly wrong at the back end, but the thing that happened to you is unnacceptable still. The only real thing to do is to file a report and hopefully they resend it faster this time around or get your full money back for this inconvenience.

Yeah I'll have to file a complaint later, fedex basically said it was my fault that I didnt pick it up, then they told to me to contact the shipper to ask him to find out why this is bs is happening, but the poor shipper just used a prepaid fedex thing to send stuff to me. So they end up having to deal with their bs too.

Ive filed complaints with fedex before, it wont go anywhere. If the shipper is legit just ask them to send it with UPS instead.

According to the seller, when they contacted fedex, fedex said they damaged my package and are just sending it back to the seller. Bruh they really waited until it was right in my area to figure out my package was damaged.

And the operator I was talking to really wanted to give me attitude saying it was my fault I didn't pick up my package within a 40 minute window.

I can't stand fedex. I ordered a butcherbox last year in the summer and it never even arrived because they didn't deliver it on the day it was supposed to be delivered and the ice pack melted and all the meat thawed. They threw away the box and then never updated the tracking. Then they tried to make excuses. Talking about how they didn't know what it was and it was leaking. It literally says Butcherbox right in the side of the box with a sticker saying to keep it refrigerated.
