Nephew started basketball a month ago, lost their last game 38-4. Coach has no idea what hes doing, nephew still doesn't know his position or the rules, they just shoot if they get the ball. They have been asking me to volunteer to coach and now I'm considering it, baseball also. He wants to get into sports and hes not having a good time because they are awful and confused. I think I'd do a better job at least, gonna think on it.

As long as you're violently aggressive in your coaching style you'll be fine. I've never found it to be wrong to throw a few chairs out onto the court.
