love how they dont cater to the #wokepolice and arent afraid to make non-PC jokes!! no race or sexuality is safe from ridicule! this will probably be remembered as the greatest show the Scooby canon has produced. plus, it doesnt bother trying to cater to CHILDREN with that talking mutt! This show is for ADULTS ONLY! though I hear rumors that Scrappy is going to make an appearance which is awesome! My fave character. Way better than Scooby Doobie Doo! Glad they straightened out Norbert (aka Shaggy)

anyway who else has been enjoying this show? I know the #canceculture crowd had been giving it pushback, but the creators obvs know what us real fans want!

Yes because the secret to success for a show is focusing on the second worst char of that show.

only a show about fred would have been worse.

I also love how Fred was written as a misogynistic jackass for the sake of blaming white men for everything and is constantly harassed and body shamed for having a small pp.

I love how all of the classic characters from the original Scooby doo underwent complete and total flanderization and character assassination.

I love that this is essentially Mindy Kaling's self-insert Scooby doo fanfiction

I love the overabundance of meta jokes that aren't funny or inspired

I love the fact that this show got approved while infinity train got cancelled

I love how the show hates its audience and ridicules adults who still watch cartoon

I love how the writing is shitty and it's sense of humor equates to a 6th grader who just discovered how to make edgy jokes.

I love that this "adult" show handles its material with less maturity than Bluey, a cartoon made for literal children

Haven't seen it. But I usually assume most people that have an extreme opinion of something are exaggerating a bit, whether they love or hate it.

I havent watched it yet but Ive seen some of the critical responses. The one that makes the most sense is theyve basically stripped the characterization and made brand new characters just to try to create drama and conflict between the characters, when their original personalities were rife for conflict, set in a darker more adult theme.
