This is a 2nd group of Oath Keepers who are co-defendants in a seditious conspiracy trial.
The Proud Boys seditious conspiracy trial is still going on, and apparently is expected to go for weeks still.
Richard Barnett is the one who put his feet up on Nancy Pelosi's desk during the capitol riot

They should allow the media to film these trials to make it easier to get details

WASHINGTON (AP) Four members of the Oath Keepers were convicted Monday of seditious conspiracy in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack in the second major trial of far-right extremists accused of plotting to forcibly keep President Donald Trump in power.

The verdict against Joseph Hackett of Sarasota, Florida; Roberto Minuta of Prosper, Texas; David Moerschel of Punta Gorda, Florida; and Edward Vallejo of Phoenix comes weeks after after a different jury convicted the groups leader, Stewart Rhodes, in the mobs attack that halted the certification of President Joe Bidens electoral victory.

Its another major victory for the Justice Department, which is also trying to secure sedition convictions against the former leader of the Proud Boys and four associates. The trial against Enrique Tarrio and his lieutenants opened earlier this month in Washington and is expected to last several weeks.

I think part of the problem is that the federal court system in DC is clogged up with capitol riot cases. The FBI is still arresting people every week.

Courts in general are fairly clogged, although the primary reason for the delay between verdict and sentencing is that the State and defense need to compile information/evidence for a presentence report to the judge setting forth the facts surrounding a given defendant that weigh on the sentence.

I'm not sure. That's one of the reasons I wish they would allow the media to film the trials so that we can see what evidence is presented and all.

The guy who went in Pelosi's office had a dumb defense

He said he never meant to enter the capital building, but that the crowd shoved him inside. Then he needed to use a restroom and was trying to find one while looking at all the art in the halls

He claimed to be just an innocent guy taking a stroll.

Both of the Oath Keepers trials were handled by U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta. U.S. District Judge Christopher R. Cooper handled the Richard Barnett trial. Both are Barack Obama appointees.
