So if there was a photoshoot/adult movie and the woman did something really hot that gave the photographer an erection would that be allowed or would the model get offended by it and the photographer gets punished etc

Stuff like that is an automatic response they'd have no control over it.

Maybe if they knew each other well enough. For the most part it's a job and if it doesn't get done because you can't fight your horny then you probably don't get the next job.
