So my absolute monocytes from
516 to 1042 in less than a year which could be from a cavity. I am more worried about my cholesterol.
My cholesterols went from 126-133 non hdl and Idl 111 to 118. I am really confused by my quest bloodwork.

those were the three red categories on quest everything else was green.

high monocytes usually means youre fighting an infection. your total cholesterol should be below 200 and you want your ldl number to low

Would being sick and having cough cause high monoclytes?

I was slightly scared of the monocytes but I knew it was probably not a big deal since I was sick. I just wanted verification so I didnt have to set up a doctor visit
