Charmander could not be obtained in a ton of pokemon games without trading, but yeah it could be one of the only games where it isn't coded into the game at all. The last game you couldn't obtain charizard in was Sun/Moon. Technically it was an event in SV, but it was available within the game and didn't require like trading in from another game. ... Copied to Clipboard!
