That is indeed TC's issue....

Porn is terrible for your mental health.

Just know that you're doing yourself a favor by not watching it and it gets easier eventually.

You could enable parental controls on your web browsers and such with a randomized complicated password so you can forget it. If you want you can write it down, but if you do that make sure you put it somewhere that's inconvienient to get to to dissuade the habit.

I'm curious about how we would be defining porn in that context? Would like, fapping to a picture of your ex be considered porn? Or are we talking about the toxicity that's found in porn that is deliberately produced to be used as porn?

A lot of things said in this topic could very well apply to video games too.

It's almost like anything can be bad for you if not done in moderation.

We should define addiction here. Like once every other day is not an issue. More than once every day could be, but maybe the person has high libido, testosterone levels.

As long as it doesnt negatively impact your life, i wouldnt say its a big deal.

Quitting porn is like trying to quit gaming. You'll never truly stop.

If anything, you need to take a long break from it and focus on other things.

Start by deleting all downloaded porn and then from there get a partner

You can look up why watching porn out of boredom is a strong indicator of addiction to pornogrpahy.

This is why I don't take CEmen seriously.

I don't care about general indicators. If I'm gonna offer advice on a personal issue to somebody I want personal information.

and neverminding that porn (and really enjoyment of sex in general) is heavily vilified by them good old fashioned family values to a point where people feel guilty and like they have a problem even if there's no negative impact and their viewership is actually very normal.
