His power level seems to back that up, sitting at *18,000*. Factor in his Oozaru transformation, and that number multiplies tenfold. The movie pamphlet states that Turles has a power level of *19,000*. After eating a piece of fruit of the Tree of Might, Turles' power level increased dramatically; over 300,000 according to the movie pamphlet He was a filthy low class warrior. How the fuck was he strong? If he turned up during the Sayian Saga he could have whipped Goku, The Z warriers, Nappa and Raditz at the same time without the tree.
