Serious answer if I were in an apartment I would not connect to the internet without a vpn. And I'm not talking just for porn. Any hacker in the complex might try to get into your accounts or monitor your activity. People are worried about porn but that's like the last thing an attacker would be interested in. ... No, and something not being open source doesn't mean you can't download it, that's not the right term. If you're using a torrent my advice is don't unless you know what you're doing. You have to configure it to use a VPN. A VPN will hide all downloads from a browser. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Yep, with a VPN the only thing your ISP will be able to see is the transfer load. They can probably guess what you're doing based on that, but they can't and won't come down on you for it.
