I wanna hear dreams.

I once had a dream where I went on an adventure with this girl and fell in love. Then she told me the only way I could wake up is for her to die. Then I woke up.

I'm taking the final exam in a class I skipped all semester.

Was a nightmare 2 nights ago.

Felt I had a hair in the back of my throat, so I got it on my tongue and began pulling it out.

But it kept going, well past my hair's length. I was panicking and scared I was gonna be unable to breathe, began gagging, managed to get a huge chunk of hair in my hand as I kept pulling it out...

And then I woke up.

I've been having nightmares on a nearly nightly basis for the past two weeks where I'm just reliving terrible experience of mine but in bizarre settings.

A few nights ago.

Dream started with a guy in a canoe hunting what he called the "Monster Bear." It was a giant, aggressive, ancient bear that he claimed had a belly full of gold(from eating mud with gold flakes that filtered into it's liver).

On the way he encountered a crazy wilderness man in a bear costume, and a sports hunter in a helicopter.

They spotted a kid about to be killed by a bear, and rushed to save him. Except Monster Bear got there first. It was enormous and picked and tossed the normal bear away before giving a big grin and running it's finger along it's throat.

Helicopter took a shot at it, but it swatted it, knocking a random dude out of it. The guy got up and started singing a song about how he was going to kill it with his knife because he's trained all his life. The bear was super long though, they started calling it Long Bear, and it wrapped around a tree and trapped the guy. It picked him up and grinned at us(now I was present in the dream).

I became terrified that it was going to kill him, so I ran. But it caught up to me easily and trapped me too. It pressed it's face next to mine and smiled. Then asked "What's that smell? Is that your fear? It smells great."

I responded that it was cologne, and it ran off to buy some.

Most of my dreams are like Tales from the Crypt episodes.

The most vivid one i have is heavily based off an old episode.

The basic premise was this THOT was luring guys home from a bar, trying them to the bed and killing them in various ways. Then taking all their cash and burying their body in the crawlspace.

This all took place in the 80s, before cellphones and GPS tracking was a thing in everyones car. So this chick would get away with it by hitting up different bars around the area.

Anyway. In this one she kidnapped the guy, tied him up and chose to suffocate him. She put a pillow on his face and sat on it until he was nearly dead. She then heard a loud crash and went to go check it out (not like the guy was going anywhere.)

She goes into the living room and sees the crawlspace door was open (dunno why the access point was there but whatever). She looks in and gets grabbed and thrown into a pretty large room. She reaches up and turns on the light and sees she is surrounded by all her victims (complete with damage on them from how they died.).

She gets killed and buried by all these dead guys, and the guy tied to the bed manages to wake back up and struggle from his bonds. As he runs out the door to his car, he looks back at the window and sees all the zombies just kinda staring at him.

It was a trip.

I still remember two kindergarten dreams pretty vividly.

-One I was lying on the floor of a toy store, playing with a red ball, while remote control airplanes flew around trying to shoot me.

-Another was me taking out the trash at the dumpster in our neighborhood, and then a woolly mammoth appears and starts chasing me. And I try to run away but it feels like I'm waist-deep in water and my legs just wont move.

And some time in high school I had a dream that I asked a magical machine "what would the world look like if pie didn't exist"? and then proceeded to have one of the trippiest experiences imaginable. Like a cross between 1960's drug-induced surrealist art and the biblical apocalypse, with some weird anime shit thrown in. To this day I have no idea what the fuck that was about lol

I remember my sex dreams

EDIT: jokes aside I do very vividly remember one particular sex dream for some reason. Like 16 years ago I had a dream. This girl I was seeing and I were watching a movie on my grandmas pull out couch bed in her living room. That night I dreamt I was blowing her back out on said couch. That's it.

this sounds made up and dumb as fuck, but my most recent dream was me putting a weird red chicken leg between bread to make a sandwich. yes, bone and all. i was worried because it was red, and suddenly the sandwich was in a wrapper, and the expiration said 2025, so it was fine

i worked in a barbecue and fried chicken joint growing up. Lady asked for a breast sandwich. I was very confused because why would you ever ask for that, but sure enough. After asking multiple people (because I didn't believe the first two) she wanted a whole chicken breast between two pieces of bread, bone and all. I've never seen some shit like that.

I haven't had a dream since I was like 12*, and I don't remember any of those beyond knowing that they happened.

*Well aware that everyone dreams. My reasoning is that if something happens entirely in my head, and even I can't remember a thing about it, then it might as well have never happened.

Fuck if I know, man. I stopped being able to remember them a loooong time before I started smoking weed, so I don't think that's it. Depression-induced brain fog maybe? All I know is that one minute I'm lying in bed trying to sleep and the next I'm awake and it's the next day.

I have some very vivid, and slightly disturbing dreams. Also, anyone that says they don't remember their dreams: That's usually due to stress and unrestful sleep, or lack of a consistent sleep schedule. Sometimes you have to train yourself to have better dream recall. I'll post one of mine in a bit, though.

I'm running up stairs in a tower floor by floor like a pagoda type building. I know there's some horror at the top but for whatever reason I keep going. I get to the top floor and there's a ghost of a woman in the doorway leading to the top of the tower. She's screaming at me and I wake up.

I had that nightmare like 20 years ago and I still remember it vividly.

Both of these were from when I was younger

One was me being stuck in a church at night with the chick from the exorcist. She'd be leaping from the walls/ceiling and shit, playing around with me and constantly yelling "FUCK ME!!" I'd try to run away but it's clear she was just toying with me so I finally conceded. Luckily I woke up before anything really happened.

Another one, I was having a nice brunch on top of a fairly tall hotel with my cousins overlooking the beach. Then I see a HUGE satellite fall into the water/ocean, which created a huge tsunami like wave that engulfed the city and even the hotel I was on. It made me hella panic because I didn't know how to swim and now I'm being swept away through the city in this huge wave

I had a dream that I was in a match with Brock Lesnar and he F5ed me so hard it knocked me out and when I woke up I was laying in a shopping cart at Walmart.

I had a dream I was eating a giant marshmallow and when I woke up I couldnt find the baby beluga whale I was pet sitting

I was like 6, sleeping on my back, and dreamed a large cat jumped on my stomach and tried to eat me.

I'm still basically unable to sleep on my back.

Sounds like your dream incorporated an apnea or hypopnea event into the narrative. Please consider a sleep test if you haven't had one already.

I'm going through some sort of old estate after my parents, or someone related to them dies and I have to look through all this old stuff, some of it is valuable, historic, ancient, and some things even have some sort of power. The house itself does too. Something spooky but really noticeable.

After going through everything and signing documents to keep it all, my older brother brother comes and challenges me to a duel. I don't want to, but we somehow end up using two swords that are just on the ground with there being a few swords there. I win and he keeps challenging me.

After 2 wins and a draw or something like that, I'm finally in the mood to fight and ge relents, saying that he can't/won't win and decides he doesn't want it that bad but still takes some of the house and maybe some stuff? I ask the weird backround/butler if there are more challengers, like one for every sword. He says something like that, and alludes to a possible third challenger that isn't my older sister and probably not my younger one, but still someone I'm related to.

After all that I start signing forms (incorrectly at that sorta?) because I'm skeptical of the situation and wondering what will happen next. I think I only sign my first name and middle initial. After I get told that the last name doesn't need to be on there, I kinda get suspicious while they say they already have it and show me a copy of just my last name written in read before. I point out that makes no sense and they agree but say it'll work. I get really suspicious and kinda lose any intention of being there because it suddenly gets boring and normal. After that I just kinda sort through some stuff on the ground until I lose interest and wake up.

Sometimes I have insanely vivid, clear dreams that I hardly ever forget, that feel like they've been a day or more long in real life.

Recently, I had an odd dream where I kept getting into really dramatic plane crashes but walking away shaken but unscathed.

I only remember the last two - one was a nosedive into the sea, another was the plane flipping upside down before crashing into the side of a mountain range.

Also, I was a white girl who was slightly overweight and somewhat preoccupied with that aspect of my life.

Most of the dream was mundane everyday life while internally dwelling on my appearance, then I'd need to catch a flight somewhere, and "oh no, not THIS again!" *plane crash #3*

I am not a girl, or white. I could afford to shake the dad bod, but I'm not that concerned about it.

In hindsight, it's curious that I didn't pay much attention to what happened to the other passengers.

When I was like 2 or 3 I had a dream I was in my bathtub, but it was filled completely with poop and I was crying, trying to escape, but I was stuck in the quicksand of fecal matter.

Another was even weirder. I was probably 17 or 18 and had a dream where my girlfriend at the time suspected I was cheating (I wasnt) and chose to cheat in revenge. She told the dude (right in front of me) he could use "Any Orifice" and then.. stretched open a random skin pore. Only time I ever woke up completely pissed off and confused.

I had a dream I went to 4chan and was like "wtf"

The night after I first watched IT 1990 as a kid, I had a dream Pennywise was trying to kill me. I also remember spinning around on a vent in my parents house in that dream too >____>

I have a reourring dream whenever I get depressed about a starry night with a gigantic moon shinning brilliantly over a small lake surrounded by grassland and me laying in this field thinking that this is where I'll go when I die, it was lonely, peaceful, melancholy and every time without fail the dream ends when I sit up and wake up with sense of wanting to go there, but I can't, that scene won't leave my mind and I know it means something because I only ever have it as I said, whenever my mind is in distress and I'm depressed.

In my dream Im standing in sort of Sun God robes on a pyramid with a thousand naked women screaming and throwing little pickles at me.

None.

When I was a kid, I slept with windows open in the summer due to no ac. Anyways, we were 25ish miles from Ohare Airport so planes were often lower approaching the airport.

I don't remember specific dreams, but I do remember often when a plane would fly overhead, whatever my dream was about, the sound of the plane would cause me to look up in my dream and see a massive spaceship, similar to the ones in Independence day.

Like the dream stopped bothering me after a few years but by then I'd gone so long without sleeping on my back that I straight up couldn't anymore.

I watched the old dead space 1 anime on amazon last night.

Then I had a dream I was with my ex in an abandoned building in a long hall full of little rooms with steel doors that locked from the inside.

I had rigged them with ropes so the doors could be pulled closed while running and stashed gear in all of them but one that was supposed to be left closed.

We start getting chased by one of the dead space zombie ghoul things with bone spears for arms and of course I grab the rope to one of the big heavy steel doors and swing inside slamming it behind us into the one room with no gear.

Even though these are concrete rooms with steel doors there is like a two inch gap at the bottom so if you lay on the floor you can see under. Im laying on the floor watching under it to see if the creature is going to keep moving as I want to get out and into a room with supplies.

But my ex is the type of girl that could never stop talking and as much as I try to keep her quiet she insists on talking, thinking she is doing it quietly. Of course the thing hears us just as it starts to walk by and freezes just past the door, and just stands there. Then she makes another noise and it walks back and tries the handle, which is at least locked. It ends up just standing out there for like an hour. She starts to complain she has to pee and I just point to the drain in the middle of the floor, at which point the dream luckily switches to another scene.
