In both its regular form and especially its crowned form? They have a Pokemon game with a significantly reduced cast of Pokemon starting out, so why did they feel the need to give it such insane stats? This was their chance to actually create legendaries that were good, but not too good, and they screwed up big time. We're talking a pokemon broken even when you do include the rest of the pokemon.
