It's a technicality, but bare in mind that the US has romeo and juliet laws that allows young people to do it. Japan is very rigid with laws, so if they raised it at the national level, it would likely wipe that whole concept in Japan i.e. kids getting done for pedophilia laws. --- Doctor Foxx posted...
