It's different but fine. I don't have as much energy as I did in my 20s but I have more wisdom and definitely have more money and stability >_>

I have a lot less energy, a lot less fun in life, and a lot more responsibilities

But at the same time, I have a house now and I'm more financially stable

You start can startbto lose lean mass generally in your mid thirties. That's right. Less muscle and bone density. But generally you may not be as wise when you're in your 20s
So there's a tradeoff

Absolutely. I didnt know how to be happy back then. Always felt lonely and relied on others for my own happiness.

around 27-28, things started to change and I figured out life. 30s have been fantastic so far. Im 32 now, and zero complaints about life honestly

Honestly I kind of peaked in my late teens so Im pretty much the same person now in my mid-30s that Ive always been, so I cant really say its been much different lol.

That thing people say where your body begins to break down at 30 is true in my case

I think it's more based on when certain life events happen.

I had A LOT more fun in my 20's than I did my 30's, but that's because I had a lot less responsibilities.

Was still living at home the first 3 years of my 20's, and even after that, I wasn't married, didn't have a kid till I was 28, so the majority of my 20 was just me and my friends/gf/wife having fun, going out, going on vacation, etc.

My 30's were great as well, just a different type of great. Was firmly established in my house by the time I turned 30, had my 2nd kid at 30, and established somewhat financial stability in my 30's as both mine and my wife's career were cemented.

So both decades were great, just for different reasons.

Definitely more fulfilling. I'm now 44, got married at 27 and have 4 kids. 20's were more fun in some ways but yeah, my 30's were good times.

Turning 32 in a couple months. Was originally dreading hitting 30 but it's really not that bad.

Definitely can't party like I used to be able to. My knees crack when I squat down, back/legs/hips hurt way more, though that may be more because of the work I've done all my adulthood. Balding.

However I also finally fell in love and nurturing that relationship. I give much much much less of a fuck of what people think of me or if things go wrong they kinda wash over. I enjoy my time staying in and enjoying more domestic things. Much more self confident.

Overall I think I'll enjoy a healthier 30s than my wild 20s.

My 40s have been my best, basically because I got divorced at 40 lol

But it is never too late to make your life more rewarding

Substantially better. More money and I'm happier. A lack of friends, but I have a woman now.

I had a lot of fun in my 20s but I appreciated/needed the mellowing of my 30s.

They were close, but probably give the edge to my 20s. Now I sleep for shit and my memory isn't as good as it used to be.

My 20s were more fun than the 30s, but I cant really say better. The 20s were much more reckless and drug filled. I completely changed my life at 38 though and I am confident that my 40s are going to be the best decade yet.
