So let me get this clear, a few years ago (in my state) the law went from "if you don't have a seatbelt on when we already pull you over we can give you a ticket" to "we are actively making traffic stops for no seatbelt". Are you saying you prefer the latter, resulting in more police interactions with people over a $25 ticket?
