  • Carvana at its peak was at $361 in 2021, and now at $8.
  • Peloton stock was $163 in 2021, and now at $13.
How do these companies still exist when their values went down by 90%+?

Stocks prices being low just means that fewer people want to invest in that company, or that the current shareholders want to sell. While it can be seen as a bad omen, it doesn't necessarily equate to the company being bankrupt or outright unable to cater to its clients or consumers.
