Do you own any old school game consoles?

Currently I have PS2, 3, 4,,5, Snes, N64, Dreamcast. I've been looking for an original NES. I owned a 3DO at one time as well until I realized it was a piece of crap and sold it.

Yes; Game Boy.

My family had a TI-99/4a at one time.

Several.

The REAL question at hand here is "do you still use original media or did you get a flash cart/ODE?"

I've still got my original PS1, PS2, and my PS4. I've also got my original Xbox and 360. And my ColecoVision.

Only my PS4 and 360 are currently hooked up, though.

I probably have everyone beat on obscure games with the HP 67/97, a pair of programmable calculators originally released in 1976. The two devices have the same basic functionality despite having very different keyboards. The 67 was handheld and the 97 was a desktop version and came with a bigger keyboard and a thermal printer. Both run on rechargeable batteries, with the 97 having a much larger battery pack. The MSRP for the HP 97 was $750, the equivalent of $4000 today!

Programs come on magnetic strips that you load by feeding it through a slot on the side. The Games Pac includes Blackjack, Dice, Slot Machine, Racetrack, Submarine Hunt, Artillery, Space War, Super Bagels, Queen Board, Hexapawn, Nim, Tic-Tac-Toe, Wari, Teaser, Golf, The Dealer, Bowling Scorekeeper, Biorhythms, and Timer. I also have the Standard Pac which includes a number of utilities and a game, Moon Rocket Lander.

I'm goddamn old. Are the PS2 and XBox 360 "old school" now, for the punk-ass Tiktok Fortnite kids these days?

My younger siblings stole all the old consoles and games and then proceeded to lose/break them.

Only thing I have left is my GBA, and I don't play it because emulators. Hell, I barely played it when it was new. (The GBC got way more playtime.) It's still in near-mint condition.

Didnt even knew of its existence :)

I only have PS2+4 and both hooked on. PS2 is by far the best console ever imo and I got a couple reserve consoles incase it stops working.

Nope my younger siblings stole them all and then proceeded to break/lose them. Which is one of the reasons why I just emulate all my old games now.

Put it this way - the PS2 is currently as old as the Atari 2600 was when the PS2 first came out.

Ouch - I didn't need to hear that today.

I still have my NES and SNES and they were hooked up until recently (I have friends who still enjoy a game of Tecmo Super Bowl or RBI Baseball). I got the mini NES/SNES in the past couple years and made them obsolete, however: I was kind of sad when I realized what I'd done, although I won't miss the isopropyl alcohol ritual needed to play them (...or will I?)

Otherwise I still have an N64, DS, PSP, PS2, etc...the old classics.
