Sword/Shield started with a regional Pokedex of exactly 400 Pokemon and ended with about 660 Pokemon accessible in total after all of the DLC was complete. Scarlet/Violet also started with a regional Pokedex of exactly 400 Pokemon, so I think a similar number to Sword/Shield (maybe slightly more considering we have more Pokemon in total now) is a good guess for the final count of these games. Sandy Shocks also has a tail and sorta looks like a robotic dinosaur.
