Russia is after 6 or 7 months of fighting close(r) to taking a thoroughly artillery-blasted city that's of little to no strategic importance and it only cost them a number of dead equal to the city's pre-war population plus a few hundred tanks and IFVs.
Truly a stellar achievement on par with Stalingrad and Battle of Berlin! /s
