it was proper 60s style camp and I really enjoyed how it didn't focus too much on one plot thread *minor spoilers* I was about to tune out when grandpa munster was scheming to break up Herman and Lily because I thought that's where the rest of the movie was gonna go for some forced conflict but it was a one time scene/gag and then the other time when they got evicted from their house, I guess that was the main conflict but it wasn't forced and the movie quickly moved on from it. it was just nice it kept moving past what other worse movies would use as a plot point for forced drama and this movie just kept shrugging and saying"nah let's keep being silly and light hearted" --- "well, yeah, and a lot of minorities go to see minstrel shows, too." - PyroSpoon ... made me miss 60s style sitcoms. they were so silly and cartoonish and detached from any kind of reality. simpler times. the choice to not conform to any specific central conflict and just flow made the movie a very easy fun watch. --- "well, yeah, and a lot of minorities go to see minstrel shows, too." - PyroSpoon ...
