For the record I haven't seen Tar or All Quiet on the Western Front yet. I think Top Gun was the only movie everyone I've talked to enjoyed. My wife hated Women Talking while I liked it. I enjoyed Banshees while she hated it (and I've heard a lot of people on both sides in general for that one). I re-watched EEAAO with family and they didn't like it at all while we loved it (and think it's probably going to win). Hated Triangle of Sadness and wasn't a huge fan of The Fabelmans while she loved both. Most people seem to think Avatar and Elvis are at the bottom of the field but even those had their fans. Every year has movies some people are so-so on while others praise but this year feels like most of them have really strong opinions one way or the other for some reason. --- Buffalo Bills ... Ive seen less best picture nominees this year than I have each of the last maybe 10 years. From year to year I will have seen all of them or all but one, this year Ive only seen four of the ten --- LSU Tigers - 2019 National Champions 1958, 2003, 2007, 2019 ... Copied to Clipboard!

I made it 10 minutes into Banshees. I watched the same drunk walk back and forth 3 times from the bar to a house. --- while driving yesterday I saw a banana peel in the road and I instinctively swerved to miss it, thanks a lot Mario Kart. ... Copied to Clipboard!
