Solar_Crimson 03/07/23 11:22:17 PM #9:	I was going to say Tirtouga, but Dwebble will help against the Elite Four, since two members are weak to Bug, and it being a Rock-type also counters the Ghost-type member's ace. But the game is also kinda lacking with Water-types, with your only options being Oshawott, Basculin, Frillish, Tirtouga, and Tympole. Plus, Tirtouga performs much better against said Ghost-type E4 member's ace than Dwebble would. EDIT: Nevermind. I forgot about Ducklett, Panpour, and Alomomola.
