She was born female, felt that something was off and thought that she was a transman. She and her wife wanted a biological baby, and she was the better choice. So she got pregnant and her body got a boost in female hormones, and then it clicked, she knew that she was female. The transgender issues are that you cant just flip a switch in the brain and change gender, and going from believing that you are a guy into knowing that you are a woman aint easy.
