idk, are these 2 companies apart of the same company?

We have Dollar Tree around here.

There's a Dollar General down the street from my job that I used to go to to buy toiletries and snacks. Now I just doordash it.

When I lived in the boonies we did out of convenience. Now I live in a town, nah.

My mom still lives in the middle of bumfuck nowhere, though. They just built a genuinely nice and big dollar general directly beside the family dollar. Those are the only two stores in a fifteen minute radius.

I have dollar tree which is now.$1.25 tree.

I love shopping at dollar tree

where Im at now they have 99cent stores which are worse and always totally filthy inside

they have the best deals on crispy seaweed snacks though

Dollar Tree owns Family Dollar. Dollar general is its own thing.

Dollar tree is a honey hole for some things.

Snacks like super pretzels, 2 liters of pop, all kinds of canned goods for cheap.

And their dvd and bluray section is full of good stuff. I've pulled several anime series out of there before.

Family dollar since its just right up the street from my place.

There's a Family Dollar down the street from where I live, but I haven't been in there in years.

i live next to a family dollar more or less and any other grocery stores are about a 10 minute drive, so usually if i just need something quick and random i'll go there

Out in the sticks, that can be about as close to a Walmart certain areas get.

i've been in dollar general every week or two since i found the one they opened in the tiny town nearest to me. much easier junk food runs than the walmart 15 minutes away.

I dont usually go there But my roommate is the manager at one

I get things from the Dollar Tree from time to time. They have good stuff. I got "glass" plates from there. And you can't tell that they are dollar they look really nice.

Shoot, they can be as close to ANYTHING as you get. Used to live in a nowhere place that had one of those Super DGs lol. It was the closest grocery / convenience / whatever supply AND gas station all in one place.

I always was told that Dollar Tree was the good one and all the other ones were bad
