refusing to show the bare minimum amount of solidarity for trans people, which again, would have required zero effort and zero risk from you, and then continuously defending this decision for several weeks, is pretty significant and judgeworthy for someone who claims to be an ally to trans people!

Because this is going to come up again. We'll be here again the next time a Harry Potter media comes up, and we'll start all over from the beginning. My argument from the very beginning was always "the entire world is collapsing, every fiber of my being, of every queer person's being is being attacked, and somehow we care about video games and some dumb bitch getting royalties?" The world is entirely hopeless without some significant and swift change, and that terrifies me. But let's still think boycotts will do something. Clearly less successful wizard games will end the tyranny of the GOP and save trans people. Their laws are clearly motivated by video game sales.
