TMOG you put more thought into a 128 character bracket of KoTH then I ever would.

Is there a cut off for the number then? If you include say FFXIV that is a lot of characters right there.

I was debating King of the Hill, but when making a character list I realized that for as long as the show ran, it didn't really have a TON of recurring side characters and used one- or two-shot characters a lot. If I were to make a bracket for it, it would just boil down to the predictable characters in the end anyway, so not really much point to it.

Can't think of any other shows that I enjoy enough to dedicate four months to another tournament. I do want to do Final Fantasy because I've always loved the shit out of the series.

Maybe One Piece, but I feel like that would have the opposite problem as King of the Hill, and it would have way too many characters for me to make a judgment call and narrow them down. And if I were to base the bracket off of a popularity poll, there's the consideration that those tend to have a bias towards characters that recently appeared.

Jojo might be fun but I don't know if enough people are interested in it.

And as long as Im at it, thanks a ton for hosting this Simpsons tourney. I think the Simpsons must be my absolute favorite fictional IP out there, so this has been a blast. All the work youve put into this hasnt gone unnoticed, so thanks a ton for doing this!

Id absolutely follow a FF tourney. Id be curious about how my favorites would fare - it is my favorite game series of all time, but at the same time, Ive only played 1, 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8, 9, 10, and 13. And while thats a ton of games, there are still plenty of blind spots for me.

Finale will surely have Homer but I'm not as confident about Bart.

FF is fine but it's going to come down to mostly game seven characters unless some people really rally around some underdog for some strange reason.

Much like how a a Tetris block won a gamefaqs tournament. I know Tetris was extremely influential but it was a damn block.
