Until that day we should alleviate the housing shortage with highrise trailer parks. You get a space, water, gas, electricity and you get a sewer hook up. You want to be near the museums, the waterfront, the nightlife or maybe the better schools of the city for your kids? (Water, sewage) Zoning is the big one. If people could just move their trailers to the better school district or the safer area, this would be a change for the better for most urban Americans.
