So my thoughts overall:

-Having fought this team last week helps Leon and Kiryu a lot. They have an idea of what Zag does. They won't get cooked by lightning that easily this time.
-Zag getting hit by chippin in is pretty devastating. Declining health is something he is canonically bad against. He'll die quicker than most, even though I don't buy the Guan Yu spear nerfing his health.
-Number disadvantage is very real here. BJ and Zag are great, but not when enemies know their game. I think they get whomped quickly.
-Cyberdemon is an absolute menace. He's faster and stronger than Mega Man and so tanky that even the batmobile and Rock combined will take a while to kill it. V is necessary to make this fight consistently winnable.
-V is likely to join the team that has a cool yakuza punk in it. Zag has no time to go off and get V due to his declining health forcing him to fight at least some Lost Souls to stay alive.

All told, Team Numbers wins this comfortably I think. Solid outplays from Boko.

Team Mega Man

I don't think Cyberdemon carries this consistently enough since that's really what has to happen. Maybe like a 60-40 split on the match.
