This is the post i had in mind.
Corrik got absolutely clobbered that game and ended it with a "gg guys :)" and completely peaced out. He didn't put in much effort that game (completely different from other town games he was in), and this is his first game since then, right?

So far his vibes here felt similar to that game, and as his latest game I'm weighting it more heavily than his games prior.

This isn't excusing him for future bad takes or posts. Just my current read at the current time. I'm not interested in defending corrik and if other players see something scummy (or don't see something towny) then they should obviously turn the heat up on him. I'm not the boss here.

That is... quite the leap but okay.

Yeah those really are Corriks only 2 posts.
Its not nothing, but it also makes me sad if Corrik is really this disinterested.

The issue is that's its weird to highlight Corrik specifically. Surely there are more active players who you have more thoughts about.

That's not to say town Corrik won't do that at times but I think it takes more massaging for town Corrik to get there

Like with Corrik we have three options

1. He's town and playing like town. That means eventually he'll actually do something.
2. He's town and he's playing like a worthless lump. That means he's trolling which sucks but oh well.
3. He's scum and he's playing like town because he's a good scum player.

For the record despite my saying "policy lynch Corrik" I would not lynch him over Wallz or Ulti at this moment if he didn't post anymore today. I also wouldn't lynch him over Hb or Plum as they still have unresolved suspicion flags. I WOULD lynch him over Ben-- enough doubts at this time on Ben being scum that I'd sooner take a chance that it's scum Corrik attempting to emulate lump Corrik (and the damage control is that if lump Corrik is lynched that's good he can stop joining games)

Ill definitely give some updated thoughts today (irl).

My first game with Ulti he quickly said hey scum, you better not shoot me, hint hint. My second game with Ulti he quickly said wow, I got the role Ive always wanted, but Im not sure how to proceed. This game, Ulti joked (or joked) about being annoyed by images and voted Lea in his first few posts and said nothing about his role. Its very obvious Ulti was never trying to fly under the radar in terms of participation or post content, but its the first game I ever played with him where he didnt blurt out stuff about his role in his first 2-3 posts. That is what I mean about Ulti not drawing attention. This coupled with his demeanor seeming more serious and less playful did stand out to me.

I agree with Peaf and Lea, I think Ive earned not being treated with kid gloves and I dont want anyone to approach me that way. Im playing the game. Treat me equally even if youre on my case for it. At the same time its a little insulting anyone interpreted my post as me saying Ulti is trying to fly under the radar when that is about as logical as saying Lea isnt trying to post gifs itt. Lol

By the way I'm only unpacking this because I do not believe Peaf is scum and I do not believe Kirby is scum, so them going at each other is a waste of time

Town corrik is typically more arrogant about his takes.

Corrik, as either alignment, tends to try togive the game absolute shit for at least mlst of the first day.

It is typically very null.

And while I'd love to give you all a ton of nice confident red i will remind everyone of the bad(good) news that today is opening day and that means i will be fairly busy.

Every game I've seen scum corrik in he goes hard on his logic behind what he's voting whereas as town he will be more arrogant as you said-- the arrogance is what replaces the logic as the filler.

Though I will agree with the timing. At this moment it is probably null because the time to catch him is later than the first bit of the game.

Ulti, you have a cute cat! Mine always looks like she wants to slit my throat. Have a picture I'll show after the game... Or use as a reaction image at somepoint. That being said...

I don't know, something really bothers me with the Sbell-Ulti interactions from posts 112 on. 112 is the post where Sbell says that not all three people on him are scum or whatever (which I read like death). Everything was fine and dandy with both posting until Sbell brought into claim Ulti's role, and voted him. It was only then that Ulti brought in the perspective slip and tried to pull in Peaf.

I don't really care much for Peaf in that scenario either, BUT Peaf did recognize in post 191 that it if either of them flip scum that there could be funny business which I like. Being able to see both sides is something I just side with.

I'm not totally understanding the votes on Wall, nothing particularly stood out at the moment...

Has Corrik explained his Lea vote?

Also not sure i like kirby as town here. Lots of posts that essentially parrot things already said(typically with more depth, so not openly shallow) with a few non committal comments thrown in that make me feel like hes trying to nudge town rather than lead.

Not enough to make me confident but enough to make me wary.

Red looking like something at all is less of a weird read than Corrik

Ok, im basically at the start of page 5 and am really glossing over what I read at this point so im coming to jump ahead because I got to the point where Ulti wants my blessing to give Lea something.

I'll be honest Ulti my eyes started glossing over well before that post and im not 100% sure what it is im blessing but I'll roll the dice and lock you me and Lea into town right now so give Lea whatever you want.

I can't remember anything noteworthy about hb other than "peaf's take on corrik is bad".

Ulti, as town in his recent return to mafia, was very pro work and quite literally never around during the day for fear of being fired. Again, Town in all of those games.

Ulti, this game, very attentive, active all day, while at work.

There are other reasons this could be the case

Perhaps Ulti is at peace with being mislynched as town because he can blame it on town playing poorly, but as scum he doesn't want to let his team down so posts more despite work being busy.

That's not the correct response here. I encourage your activity it just can't go unnoticed that middle of the day Ulti posting is truly not expected yet here we've had you as a constant with big posting and images! Yet you also pointed out yourself you have to get to work in this topic.

I don't think you're scum because you're active I think you're scum for other reasons

I'm just saying if you're really analyzing reasons behind stuff you could say "scum ulti would be more active despite work being busy" for a reason that ISN'T "town ulti lies about being busy at work"

That post reads as pretty loose. Granted maybe now that my brain is working a bit i cant read death as well as sulky red. But that definitely gives me a bit of town lean. Scum death gets pretty cagey and lacks confidence.

Ulti, I explained why I was voting you. If you could explain why it took ~30 posts for you to notice sbells "slip" I'd move my vote... For now.

HB said this in that game, not Peaf.

You'll note that i agreed 100% with hb in that game.

Wallz is different here because it is not his first game, and he played very well in his first game and in the joke game as scum. He doesn't get a day 1 freebie from me.
