New or used?

My thoughts:

Audi R8 manual. 4.2L. V10 would be nice, but out of price range. $50-60k for a 2009 60k mile example. Up to $100k for lower mile, newer.
Nisan R35 GTR - Around 2015-2018 seems to be the sweet point for price, low mileage, clean. $80k for nice example 30k miles.
Various corvettes - C4 ZR1 from as low as $20k seems like a steal to me. C6 ZR1 are bit under $100k C7 ZR1 is a bit over. C5 Z06 is under $30k, C6 Z06 is like $30-50k for nice ones, C7 is $80k range.
All the high power chrysler stuff.
The flat plane crank Mustang and a few of the high powered versions of those.
Porsche 911, expecially 911 and racing versions of different cars.
Honda Civic Type R are going to be really collectible if low mileage I bet.

What else is going to be super collectible from say 2000 to today that is under $100K? Anything you would like to own?

The R8 V10 because they're doing away with v10s soon or already have. I guarantee you, just for that fact alone the resell on R8s will be through the roof. Especially if it's a manual, that's literally 80% of why people get R8s is because of it's unique shifting feel & V10 engine.

I don't care about cars as collectibles or reselling it some time in the future for a higher price, but I want to get in on the Lexus hybrids pretty soon before Toyota and other car companies go full capitalism and have every feature be a subscription

Only way you are getting a R8 V10 manual under $100k anymore is flood damage or totaled.
