Risen 3 Elex Elex II RE6, if you count it for being a "bad" RE game. Sure it was a little repetitive and the open world wasn't all that interesting, but I've always been baffled by just how much people disliked it. I thought it had a ton of potential as a new IP, and it was basically like a PG-13 off-brand G.I.
