Silent Hill: Homepour. looking this up its a run wherein Homecoming is ran during the cutscenes/autoscrollers of Downpour. shame it wasnt called Downcoming
Majora's Mask blitz randomizer. not sure what it is exactly but its hte only zelda run im somewhat interested in this time
Banjo Kazooie 100% no FFM. bk hasnt been at gdq for a minute and its the old route! not a fan of ffm so im excited for this one. and of course its at 2:30am saturday morning :/
Super Mario Maker 2. havent been able to have this for awhile since gdqs been online

I second this, although if you plan to PLAY pizza tower, I'd put it on your short list to at least beat it before watching this. For REASONS.

Heard good things about pizza tower and it is 100% not a game I am interested in playing so curious about that one

If I had to sell someone on the Pizza Tower speedrun in one line, I'd say "rare platformer that actually rewards you for going fast".

SM64 Rando and blindfolded BotW both sound fun

you start with one dungeon reward and that entire dungeon is empty, plus it removes a bunch of long checks

I've never understood SM64 randomizer as a concept. How does that work exactly? Stars are just placed randomly on the map and they're all platforming stars or something?

I'll add on that it's a very approachable/watchable format for MMR (And typically much faster than a regular MM randomizer), good choice for GDQ. As a player, it's a bit of a learning curve just remembering what has/hasn't been removed but Spike's been grinding this for a while and is pretty good at explaining it imo.
